Na Lead Fellowship Program

Na Lead Fellowship is 4 months hybrid leadership and governance program, hope to cultivate the next generation of leaders who can effectively navigate the complex issues facing society and come up with diverse and sustainable solutions. The program targets young adults aged between 18 and 35 who have demonstrated leadership potential and a commitment to making a positive impact on their communities. Participants may come from diverse backgrounds, including young professionals, civil society leaders, and students from different university disciplines with interest in leadership and political governance.

Objective:

The objective of the Fellowship is to create a platform that can empower and mentor young leaders, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to address the challenges facing their communities and earn knowledge across. The program aims to:

  • Develop leadership skills in young adults, including critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Provide a platform for youth to engage in governance processes, with the knowledge on; policy-making, advocacy, and community development.
  • Encourage more young women to take charge in various leadership and governance spaces as a way to enhance participatory democracy.
  • Build the capacity of young people to contribute to sustainable development and promote social justice.
  • Equip young people with the knowledge on participatory democracy and best practices from diverse organization on leadership and governance.
